Otter class had first-hand experience of what it was like during WW2 and the impact the war had on daily life by recreating one of the recipes that would've been made during this time. 

Children were shocked at how small the recipe was and how many cookies it was supposed to make! This really brought home how little food and luxury items there were and how people had to enjoy what they had. 

A wonderful experience!
