Children of all year groups have been celebrating World Book Day and have spent the day engaging in reading activities and dressing up for the occasion! 

Our theme for this year was to 'dress up as a word' and the children did themselves proud! 

Each class spent time in class looking at books, engaging in book related activities such as writing and creating books for different year groups, book reviews and sharing conversations about their favourite books. 

We also had a reading assembly where the whole school gathered to hear some of our adults read out loud. 

What a wonderful day!
