Today our year 4 and 5 pupils enjoyed a  fun day of engineering and Science. The design brief was to build an electric vehicle using a capacitor rather than a battery.  The cars had to transport an Egg as safely and as fast as possible using an electric motor with a worm gear. The pupils had to create the circuit themselves with a toggle switch  and build a sturdy chassis. Great fun was had by all, especially during the the race at the end. Well done to all the pupils who as always did us proud with their engineering skills, enthusiasm  and ingenuity.
