On Friday 18th September, Brimscombe Primary School held a special Victorian Day to celebrate the 175th anniversary of the school and of Holy Trinity Church, Brimscombe.  Pupils and staff came to school dressed in Victorian attire to take part in a day of activities, including a special service at Holy Trinity church.  They also had a visit from a Victorian teacher, who spent time in each class teaching Victorian style, as well as telling the children about school life in 1840, 175 years before.  The day was rounded off with a Victorian street party, to which families and friends were invited, and a great day was had by all!
