    We identified and compared the suitability of a variety of everyday materials, including wood, metal, plastic, glass. The children could explain what the materials could be used for and ordered them based on how much use they got in everyday life.

    Geography: Weather

    In geograohy this term we have been learning about the weather. The children had so many questions about how weather is formed so we decided to make our own water cycle. We discovered the journey of water evaporation, condensation, and how the water falls as precipitation.

    We have been learning about the different characteristics that make animals Minibeasts. We had a look round the orchard for minibeats then we created our own using Plasticine clay. The children also wanted to create their own habitats.
