A brilliant outdoor learning session with Carrie in freezing temperatures. Pupils enjoyed learning a range of ancient skills from stake making with hazel, fire lighting and coppicing. Another job was spreading horse manure on the raised beds to improve the soil, more fun than you'd think!. Despite the cold (it was freezing) we finished off with more popcorn cooked on the fire.
