Brimscombe Goes Snaptastic!
The Gloucestershire Young Photographer of the Year competition 2017 provided a great opportunity for KS2 to get out and about with their cameras.
Year 3 & 4 enjoyed an afternoon in and around the school site, where they competed to see who could get the most unusual photo of a familiar place, while Year 5 & 6 were lucky enough to be allowed to visit the Pangolin Gallery in Chalford. In addtion to the fun of studying and snapping the stunning sculptures in the gallery, the morning had the added bonus of a spring like walk along the canal.
Both sets of children really enjoyed their photography time, and there were some fantastic photos taken. The only difficult thing was choosing which to enter into the competition!
